  • Maybe, you need to do a little more research DAH????? If a state has a federal highway going through it (which I do not know one of the 52 that do not) if a state does not mandate a federal law they will withhold federal highway funds.

  • If Virginia or any other state does not want to require their citizens to buy health insurance fine, but they do not get treated by any hospital or doctor unless they can prove that they can pay by cash, check or charge beforehand. Even if it is an emergency or scheduled.

  • I am a small business owner in the midwest. I have been trying to afford Health Insurance of some kind for the four wonderful extremely hard working full-time employees that work for my company, but to date every health insurance plan was way too expensive and offered very little coverage.
